Tiandu Human Resourcesnanjing Co., LTD was founded in 2015, headquartered in Shanghai, China. We set up one industrial company, one cleaning company, one security company and three branches in Jiangsu, Anhui, and Yunnan province. And we plans within the next two years the national various around provinces and development of human resources service agent oritented software platform national (launched in September 1, 2014). 订劳动合同,建立劳动关系、档案接转、社保缴纳、薪资
计发、个税代缴、工伤申报与劳动纠纷处理、宿舍班车等

5、实习生代理Intern Recruitment Service
实习生代理服务是指:根据客户的项目需要和用工需求由天
都面向大中专院校招聘实习生。合作方式:校企联合办学、开设
冠名班,定向委培、定单培养、工学交替、顶岗实习、短期实训
等。在协商一致的基础上,天锦公司分别与学校和客户签署合作
协议,由客户单位与实习生签订实习协议;天锦代客户发放实习
津贴、代办实习生保险,并按需提供宿舍与班车服务,给实习安
排多一层保障。
Through intern recruitment service, tiandu fulfill the whole process of campus talk,interview, entry and accommodation arrangement according to customers’ needs and labor demand. The cooperation ways: development university around school & enterprise, open title class, direction Weipei, order cultivation, alternation, internship, short-term training,etc..On the basis of consensus, Tiandu Company signed a cooperation with school and customer, the agreement signed by the customer and intern-company; Tiandu will behalf of intern-company to send allowance & insurance, moreover, we will supply dormitory and buses in order to give much protection to customer.
6、临时用工服务Temporary Employment Service
临时用工服务也可称为临时工外包、临时工租赁,根据客户的项
目需要和用工需求由我司提供临时用工服务,具体用工时间按客户生
产需求而定,一般在6个月以下,劳务费用按小时、天或月度整体结
算。客户项目结束时,临时工按协议约定时间退回,客户无需额外承
其他费用。
Temporary employment service
